It was formed to own Manchester International Airport , when the County Council of Greater Manchester was disbanded. A majority share (55%) is owned by the City Of Manchester , and the other boroughs own 5% each. Since its spin-off, it has branched out into other ventures. In additional to Manchester Airport, it now owns Bournemouth International Airport , Nottingham East Midlands Airport , and Humberside International Airport . |
