DJ s and producers from the Czech Republic , Abu and Nailer, formed the band Machine Funck in an attempt to propagate a more intelligent Techno , Electro and grime, sound to Eastern Europe . Playing alongside the likes of Cursor Minor, Stormfield, and members of Seed Records, Machine Funck has seen their popularity grow faster than most young Czech DJs. In 2005 , DJ Nailer became the only Czech member of the Red Bull Music Academy in Seattle , a prestigious event in itself. Machine Funck were quickly snapped up by a Czech Republic's booking agency, AON Promotions, which represents many popular names in techno and electro, such as Rebel Intelligence, Stewart Lowman, Junkmale, etc. Machine Funck's work has also been exported to the UK once.
