They usually tend to be rude or inconsiderate people, and are the eventual "losers" as their life moves on. LOW-LIVES CAN BE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 1. Drug addicts/Drug Pushers 2. Gangsters 3. Extremely Mean People (With bad attitude on life)/People with personality that reflects gangs 4. People who make very hasty, mean generalizations followed by hate crimes (Example: Jews are stupid.) --- TYPICAL LOW-LIVE LIFE CYCLE Some people (especially teens 13-15) think it's cool to act "gangster," which starts off just being mean to people who are different. At first, they may be marked as bullies and kids may think they are the coolest people ever. Those kind of people are abundant. When life moves on (arround high school,) some start to mellow out and their "gangster" or mean personality has to be triggered. Some, however, stay that way; they then become the minority. They start taking and/or pushing drugs (if they haven't already,) and a lot of them grow angry. This is the point where they become losers, and not popular anymore. After that, they usually end up in some old apartment, or if they are unlucky on the street. They typically are dependant on strong illegal drugs at this point, and end up being so low-life that they can't have a job or provide for themself. Some luckier ones, will get a job, but get fired when they start acting rude or "gangster" to their peers or bosses for that matter. THE END of their time comes when they either die or get arrested for drug abuse, or they end up in a gang getting killed in big fights. --- The term punk can also mean a lot of things. Teens arround 13 make the choice: They can be smart and do their best to avoid negative influences, they can become punks, or they can start the "gangster-like" path of being a low-life. Punks usually start off the same way, but usually don't end up as killers or extremely rude people that get set-off easily. They tend to follow the leader punk, and do everything that's cool. If that means listening to rap music about sex, they'll do it. If it means getting into fights, they'll do it. Punks also tend to mature as they get older. Punks can become low-lives if it doesn't stop, and then they follow the same fate! This really is a big issue, and school officials must address it. --- Is that a path we really want to follow?
