CHANNEL TUNNEL RAIL LINK The Channel Tunnel Rail Link is being built between London St Pancras and the Channel Tunnel, funded by means of a Public-Private Partnership between LCR and the UK Government . The contract was won in 1996. EUROSTAR The Eurostar train service is operated under management contract by a consortium called Inter-Capital & Regional Rail , consisting of National Express Group , British Airways , SNCF and SNCB .
