Liz Glazowski (born in Zakopane, Poland ) is an Polish-American model. She is best known for being '' Playboy '' magazine's playmate of the month for its April 1980 issue. Liz had appeared in an earlier issue of '' Playboy '', in the "Great Playmate Hunt" feature of the January 1979 issue.
