Lesbian language is an ancient Greek Dialect that belongs to the Aeolic group, spoken in the island of Lesbos and other nearby islands. This dialect had an important role as a literary language in the 7th and 6th Century BC . Many of the poems of Sappho and Alcaeus were written in this dialect. REFERENCES |
