Ledis Frank Balceiro Pajon (born April 18 1975 in Matanzas ) is a Cuba n Flatwater Canoeist who has won two Olympic silver medals. In 2002 he and teammate Ibrahim Rojas were double world champions in the C-2 500m and 1000m races. When Rojas retired in 2004, Balceiro switched back to the C-1 event. |
