Laramie Regional Airport is a public airport located west of Laramie, Wyoming . The area is home to many local businesses and both the University Of Wyoming and the Wyoming Technical Institute . HISTORY From its creation in 1934 up until 1992, the airport was named Brees Field, after United States Army general Herbert Brees .
