Brown is founder and Project Coordinator of PNAC.info , "An effort to investigate, analyze, and expose the Project For The New American Century , and its plan for a 'unipolar' world." PNAC.info was launched in April 2003. Served as Chairman of the Nevada County Libertarian Party (in Nevada County, California ) from 2001 - 2004. In 2000, Brown founded CampusLP.org , a website which offered free site hosting and e-mail accounts to libertarian campus organizations. The site has since become a "portal" site for campus libertarians, with downloadables and other resources, while continuing to offer free hosting and e-mail accounts to student libertarian clubs.
