Kurdish Literature is rich and diverse, although many dialects and alphabets have been used in writing it. Kurdish Language has been unnoffical and has suffered many restrictions.

Kurdish men and women also wear their traditional clothes. Kurds also have their own dance which is related to that of other peoples of Mesopotamia and greater Syria which is a grouped circle dance.
