Knowledge Factory




Knowledge Factory is a new method based on web-based Technology to manage global network organisations and communities. It is a basic innovation (US Patent 10/935,057, X-Automation LLP, Boston) for creating new organizational designs. The Methode was developed by Dr. Paul Gromball and Bernd Meier of TMG Global Resourcing GmbH in Munich,Germany. The Technology is provided by X-Automation LLC in Boston. It enables entrepreneurial collaboration and encourages a faster local response to changing competitive conditions and the possibility of frequent iterations of strategy, marketing and sales processes in turbulent markets. As a novel business technology in can be embedded in easy to use Internet or network-based infrastructure using standard tools. Business Enterprises can easily integrate the Knowledge Factory into their internal marketing and strategic processes, thereby providing "self-service" management and decision support.

Organisational structures are changing from national and hierarchical to global and networked. Self-organization is replacing business planning, overall optimizations replaces partial cost optimization, sensing and responding is replacing fixed approval procedures. Management innovations combined with new WEB-Technology increasing the Interaction Productivity of Professionals. Routine work of traditional consulting is automated.
