Kingston Avenue is a station on the IRT Eastern Parkway Line of the New York City Subway , located at Kingston Avenue and Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn . It is a two-level local station, with both platforms on the west side of the local tracks. The southbound local track runs above the northbound one; the express tracks are in the same configuration to the east. The station has a vent chamber on the lower level.
