SEA BEACH STATION The BMT Sea Beach Line () is located between West 8th and West 9th street. The station has four tracks and two side platforms. Just before you approach the station, you will find a set of switches that allow trains to switch from the local to express tracks as well as a crossover switch that allows trains to switch from one express track to the other. Due to an unfinished rehabilitation project back in 1998 , the southbound express track (E3) is not in use. The northbound track is used only for reroutes. CULVER STATION The BMT Culver Line () station is located on McDonald Avenue . The station has three tracks and two island platforms. Like the Sea Beash stop, switches allow for trains to switch from the local track to the middle track. Only local service is provided at this time. BRIGHTION LINE STATION The BMT Brightion Line () () is location between East 15th and East 16th street. The station features 4 tracks and 2 island platform. The B Train runs express while the Q Train runs local. South of the station are a set of switches allowing trains to cross over from express to local. |
