Christian Normal Institute changed its name to Kentucky Christian College ('''KCC''') in 1944, and changed its name again to Kentucky Christian University in September, 2004.


RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION

Kentucky Christian University's Board Of Trustees comes from the Churches Of Christ And Christian Churches congregations. KCU abides by the beliefs that are universally accepted by these independent congregations.

KCU has 27 trustees, which is high for a college of less than 500. KCU is priced higher than Cincinnati Christian Univeristy, Johnson Bible College, Ozark Christian College, and Lincoln Christian Colllege (comparable schools), with a tution cost of 390 dollars a credit hour.


NOTABLE ALUMNI

Several Christian Rock groups have come from KCU, including Audio Adrenaline and Bleach .
