Jason Asala is a Writer and Illustrator of Comic Book s and novels. He currently publishes everything he writes under the publishing label "The House of Usher." His works include the ''Nantucket Brown Roasters'' comic series and the first of a trilogy called ''The Great Wormwood''. He currently lives in Wisconsin . ''THE GREAT WORMWOOD'' ''The Great Wormwood'' is his first novel in a proposed trilogy about a young boy named Ichabod Wormwood. Icky (as his friends and family call him) is a normal kid going to a normal school leading a normal life until one day he stumbles upon a world he never knew existed right under his hometown in central Wisconsin: the Underworld. Here Icky finds himself in a community inhabited by Goblin s who live in fear of a monster known as the Hob. After being mistaken for their legendary hero, the Great Wormwood, Icky is sent on a mission to purge the Underworld of the Hob. ''THE NANTUCKET BROWN ROASTERS'' ''The Nantucket Brown Roasters''(NBR) is a comic book series about a man named Ahab and an ancient Pharaoh in the body of an old man who wants to destroy the human race and control the world, but Ahab has different plans.
