According to information entered in court, the two 24 year olds are murdered Lauri Waterman, the then-48-year old mother of two, using a blunt object shortly after midnight on the morning of November 14, 2004. During the time of the murder Rachelle Waterman was attending a volleyball tournament in Anchorage, Alaska . The minivan in which the killing took place was subsequently burnt in an attempt to conceal and destroy evidence. The murder was alleged to have been planned for several months. |
