DESCRIPTION James was the court artist in the court of Queen Milena of Tamarang , during the reign of Darken Rahl . James was a man with lecherous eyes and an oily smile. He was missing his right hand at the wrist. James had the ability to draw a spell around a person. James drew these spells in a cave near north of Tamarang. In the first book James drew a spell that encased Richard and slowly got smaller until it would crush him. Richard escaped by using a magic eraser that Zedd gave him to change himself in the drawing to James. The spell then killed James and Richard escaped. James was ordered to draw the spell by a Mord-Sith so that she could capture Richard. |
