The town has about 450 inhabitants. Originally named Tally-Ho for the call that the lumberjacks would make upon reaching a trading post, it was renamed in the early 1900's after the bridge built over the nearby Mississagi River . It recently amalgamated into the Municipality Of Huron Shores . It is most notable for its tourist attractions, namely its snowmobile trails and nearby areas for hunting and fishing. EXTERNAL LINKS |
