The following is a list of exits along Interstate 12.
- With major damage to the I-10 Twin Span across was reopened to two way traffic. With the complete reopening of the I-10 Twin Span, I-12 has been relieved of much of the congestion that was clogging it from the Lake Ponchartrain Causeway to the junction with I-10 and I-59
- The state Department of Transportation is currently constructing a new interchange at Juban Road, just east of Denham Springs. Construction is slated to be complete in late 2007 or early 2008. {Link without Title}
