Humberto Costantini (born April 8 1924 in Buenos Aires , died June 7 1987) was an Argentine writer and poet. As many Argentine artist, he left the country in 1976 escaping from Ideological Persecution . After 7 years and a half living in Mexico , he returned to Argentina upon the end of the Military Government .
