HUMAN consists of Derek Roche (Vocals), James Geddes (Guitar, Bass), and Mitch Corey (Drums). Newly formed, frshly rested and slated to drive it into high gear for 2006. MUSIC HUMAN released their self-titled debut album in September 2002. The first single, "Being Here", was played often on local radio stations before that, as early as October 2001. They regularly play shows in Eastern Canada, frequently visiting New Brunswick , Nova Scotia , and Newfoundland . In 2003, they played at a Muscular Dystrophy Benefit Concert . The official word is that their second album, ''The Condition Vol.1" will finally be released by end of the 1st quarter 2006. Roche's lyrics are generally very personal, with one song, "UR", written about his 1 1/2 year old daughter being in the hospital on life-support for the childhood Respiratory Syncytial Virus . Their song "Being Here" is a very honest and powerful track on the album. From HUMAN's website : "Being Here is ROCHE's subliminal plea to people who "...won't take the time to be thankful that they are alive to see this place...good or bad, many don't get this chance...". His personal view is, "...why stay here if you want to complain about how shitty you have it, or how everything pisses you off, no one should have to waste time on people like that..."."
