Harris Yulin (born November 5 , 1937 in ) is an American Actor who has appeared in dozens of Hollywood films and made-for-TV movies. He first emerged in the cult Brian De Palma film '' Scarface '' (1983) as a crooked cop who double-crosses Al Pacino 's character. Since then, Yulin has appeared in many popular films, including as '' Ghostbusters II '' (starring Dan Aykroyd and Bill Murray ), '' Final Analysis '' (starring Richard Gere ), and '' Clear And Present Danger '' (starring Harrison Ford ). His more recent projects include '' Rush Hour 2 '' and '' Training Day ''. He appeared in '''', in the acclaimed episode " Duet ". During the second season of '' 24 '' he played National Security Advisor Roger Stanton. He was nominated for an Emmy in 1996 for his portrayal of crime boss Jerome Belasco in the television series '' Frasier ''.
