Hans Christian Schmidt (born August 25 1953 ) has been the Danish Minister Of Food since 2 August 2004 , as member of the Cabinet Of Anders Fogh Rasmussen I and II . Before that, he was the Minister For The Environment from November 27 2001 in the Cabinet of Anders Fogh Rasmussen I. He is a member of the Liberal Party , and has been a member of parliament ( Folketinget ) since the 1994 Danish Parliamentary Election .
