It is designed for musically- Gifted young people who wish to focus on the study of Music and on improving their musical performance, typically between the ages of 16-18. Those on the course often go on to study music at one of the UK's music College s, or to study music at University , and then on to Career s as professional Musician s. Former students can now be found in virtually all of the UK's top Orchestra s. Many of those on the course play in the Hampshire County Youth Orchestra , and some even in the National Youth Orchestra , and the course also includes talented Pianist s and Singer s.
