BOUNDARIES

The constituency covers the central and southern portions of the London Borough Of Hammersmith And Fulham , covering the town centres of both Hammersmith and Fulham . But it also includes smaller districts, like West Kensington, Brook Green, Barons Court and Sands End.

Boundary Review

Following their review of parliamentary representation in North London , the Boundary Commission For England 's proposed boundary changes, likely to be implemented in time for the next general election (2009-10), will see the end of the constituency as it is presently composed.

A new constituency of Chelsea And Fulham and a new Hammersmith take the electoral wards from the current pairing. The Chelsea and Fulham seat is a cross-border creation.
