In 1999 the Corporation Of London extended the possibility of Freedom Of The City Of London beyond UK , Commonwealth Of Nations and European Union citizens. This led to the possibility of a company with "international" membership. The Guild of International Bankers was founded in July 2001 and in October 2002 it became a Company of the City of London without Livery. On the 21 September 2004 it was granted Livery status by the Court Of Aldermen . The Company ranks hundred-and-sixth in the Order Of Precedence for Livery Companies. EXTERNAL LINK |
