The group has built on the Grosvenor family's traditional holdings in London (part of Mayfair and much of Belgravia ; Pimlico was also developed by the family, but has been sold) and its agricultural estates in Cheshire and Scotland . It is now a major international property investment and development company with interests in the United States , Canada , Brazil , Australia , Japan and several European countries. In 2003 nearly 40% of the group's net rental income was derived from the United States. Grosvenor is lead developer of The Paradise Project in Liverpool. EXTERNAL LINKS |
