Greek Font Society

It has issued two digital Font s, both with full Polytonic support:

GFS Bodoni, a modernized version of Giambattista Bodoni 's 1793 design.

GFS Didot, inspired by Firmin Didot 's 1805 design.

The GFS sponsored an international symposium on the Greek alphabet and Greek typography in 1995.

For the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens , GFS designed and published an edition of the 14 ''Olympian Odes'' of Pindar using historic Greek typefaces.
