Soon after she entered the Forbidden City she was granted the title of Ru Gui Ren (如贵人). In 1805 she gave birth to a daughter who died young. Two months later she was granted the title of Ru Pin (如嫔). Five years later in 1810 she was granted the title of Ru Fei (如妃). One year later she gave birth to another daughter who died aged 4 and was granted the title of Huimin Ku Lun Kungchu (慧悯固伦公主) in 1820. In 1814 Ru Fei gave birth to a son who survived and who was given the name Mian Yu (绵愉) (1814 - 1865). After the death of the Jiaqing emperor Ru Fei was granted the title of Huang Xiao Ru Gui Fei (皇考如贵妃). And after the death of the Daoguang emperor in 1850 she was granted the title of Huang Zhu Ru Huang Gui Tai Fei (皇祖如皇贵太妃). Ru Fei died in the tenth year of reign of the Xianfeng emperor and was granted title of Gongsun Huang Kuai Fei. |
