Glideslope is the final approach segment of an Instrument Approach by an Airplane , by means of ILS ( Instrument Landing System ) or MLS ( Microwave Landing System ). A typical glideslope extends from the Touch Down Zone (TDZ) on the Runway with a 3-degree slope up. |
