Germany At The 1992 Summer Olympics

Germany competed at the ''' 1992 Summer Olympics ''' in Barcelona under the IOC Country Code GER. It was the first time the European nation participated after reunification and the nineteenth time that German athletes had contested the Games. Germany had competed as one team eight times before it was split following World War II and three times as a Unified Team Of Germany in the postwar years. Seven times West Germany and East Germany competed separately, though each boycotted one of the Olympiads during that period.
