GEOGRAPHY


Gary is located at 44°47'35" North, 96°27'27" West (44.793178, -96.457569).

The racial makeup of the city was 99.57% White , 0.00% African American , 0.43% Native American , 0.00% Asian , 0.00% Pacific Islander , 0.00% from Other Races , and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There were 128 households out of which 16.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 43.0% were Married Couples living together, 4.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 50.8% were non-families. 50.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 31.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
