GEOGRAPHY


Franklin is located at 39°33'41" North, 84°18'6" West (39.561250, -84.301575).

There were 4,802 housing units at an average density of 203.5/km&2 (527.1/mi&2). The racial makeup of the city was 97.51% White , 0.82% African American , 0.12% Native American , 0.40% Asian , 0.00% Pacific Islander , 0.32% from Other Races , and 0.82% from two or more races. 0.71% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
