is a small community located on the east end of Windsor , Ontario , Canada . Forest Glade is just outside the town of Tecumseh and nestled around the former town of Riverside, Forest Glade has a population of 25,000 people. Forest Glade features an Optimist Club , a library, twin ice pads (Forest Glade Arena), 3 public elementary schools, a catholic elementary school, a french immersion elementary school, a skate park, state of the art baseball diamonds, and a plaza. Forest Glade is part of the Windsor Union , alongside Riverside, Devonshire Heights, South Windsor, Walkerville, and Sandwich. While under the Windsor Union banner, it has its own government, led by Brian Thompson (currently serving his 2nd term after reelection), the inaugural Toast of Forest Glade.
The Forest Glade Government is a Democracy with a full cabinet, led by Vice Toast Chris Holler. On September 27th, 2007, the community of Forest Glade will be celebrating its 35th annivresary of its community status.
