HISTORY


The airline began flying from Dillingham, Alaska in the mid-1950s as Bob Harris Flying Services. It was later renamed Yute Air Alaska. In 1999 Yute Air filed for Bankruptcy and the company and operating certificate were acquired by the Flight International Group in April 2000 and renamed Flight Alaska.


SERVICES


Flight Alaska operates services to the following domestic scheduled destinations (at January , Bethel , Chefornak , Chevak , Dillingham , Eek , Goodnews Bay , Hooper Bay , Kipnuk , Kongiganak , Kotzebue , Kwigillingok , Marshall , Newtok , Nightmute , Platinum , Quinhagak , Scammon Bay , Toksook Bay , Tuntutuliak and Tununak .

The Flight Alaska fleet consists of Cessna 207 and Cessna 207A aircraft (at January 2005).
