Findexa was formerly a part of the Telenor group, known as ''Telenor Media''. Until recently the company used to be owned by the Texas Pacific Group , but now the majority of the company is owned by Eniro AB . The company is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (ticker ''FIND''). The merge with Eniro AB not only puts Findexa way above their domestic competitors on the ladder, but Findexa and Eniro AB are now the largest company of its kind in Scandinavia, if not North Europe.
