Festival Place is a shopping centre in Basingstoke , Hampshire , UK . It houses 165 shops (including large department stores such as BHS , Debenhams , and Marks And Spencer ) as well as an array of 26 restaurants, bars, and cafés. Festival Place is also home to a modern 10 screen Vue (formerly Ster Century ) cinema, "''Liquid''" Nightclub, Sports Centre, and the town's library. It is located within Basingstoke town centre, close to the town Railway Station , and incorporates the town bus station.
