The Liturgies of the Fellowship of Isis are designed to facilitate this global awareness of female deity within all the spiritual paths of the world. Each liturgy honors a different Pantheon , and includes a divinely channeled Oracle which encourages spiritual communion with that deity. Collectively, the liturgies are a platform where followers of many faiths can meet on common ground for purpose of mutual respect and understanding. The Fellowship of Isis is dedicated to supporting and promoting the divine feminine. The religion of all Goddesses and pantheons throughout the planet is honored. In addition, the female element that exists within every religion of the world is discovered, enhanced, and given respect. The Gods are also venerated. The Goddess is seen as Deity, the Divine Mother of all beings, as well as the embodiment of Truth and Beauty. The Fellowship claims 24,000 followers of various traditions as members in nearly a hundred countries. Members often blend their own traditions and beliefs with those offered by the Fellowship. The Fellowship of Isis, while dedicated to honoring the Goddess in Her many forms, is not excluding of other religions or male membership, male spiritual contributions; Lady Olivia Robertson has collaborated a number of times for recording music and video "meditations" with a male Muslim filmmaker, Jamal Morelli in the Temple of Isis at Clonegal Castle. In August 1993, the Fellowship Of Isis was represented at the Parliament of the World's Religions Centennial Session. In January of 1999, the Archpriesthood Union was created from thirty-two Fellowship of Isis Archpriestesses and Archpriests. The members of this Archpriesthood are the custodians of the policies and principles of the FOI. The Star of Isis AU was later added by Olivia Robertson in 2003. It is made up of eight members of the AU in order to function as an advisory board and consultancy service to all Fellowship of Isis members. Fellowship of Isis centers provide courses based on the FOI Liturgy. The centers consist of Iseums, Lyceums, Priories, and Groves. Sub-groups of the Fellowship of Isis consist of the Druid Clan of Dana and the Noble Order of Tara. EXTERNAL LINKS |
