Information About

Felix Al-mahmoud

EARLY LIFE

He was one out of 17 children. His parents always neglected him, having so many kids to look after. When he was 3 months old, they moved to New York City , because of his fathers' job. There, he was constently harrassed by his fellow peers. They made fun of him, saying that he should become a suicide bomber. This made little Felix very anti-social, which resulted in him thinking of killing himself at the small age of seven. His parents couldn't always be there for him, so he had to start seeing a therapist at the age of eight. The therapy didn't only not work, it made the problem even worse. The kids at his school now started to call him a psychopath and that he should be exorcised. On his 9th birthday, his parents decided to organize a birthday party for young Felix, as they started to feel sorry for him. They bought him ponies, magicians, a carousel, and decorated the whole apartment. They sent out invitations to all the students in his grade. Unfortunately, nobody came. In fourth grade, his grades continued to decline. His highest grade was a C, and his lowest an F. This made him feel inadequate, and mentally chalenged. He started to like a girl called Danielle. She was the most popular girl in his grade, and therefore payed no attention to him. He kept on writing anonymous letters, telling her how much he loved her. He would follow her to her house everyday after school. One day, she saw him doing this, and told her mom. Her mom issued a warrant for him to stay away from her. This made him afraid of the female sex. The following year, he started to lift weights, in order to stand up against the people who made fun of him. When he was doing weights one day, someone came up to him and threw the weight at his face. He had to go to the hospital to stop the bleeding. In sixth grade, he started to do men's ballet with the hope of getting some friends. That same year, he heard about a boarding school in Switzerland. It was called The American School In Switzerland (TASIS). He asked his parents to attend this international school because he tought that he wouldn't be harrassed because of his ethnic background. His parents quickly agreed, wanting to get rid of him as quick as possible.

TASIS YEARS

When Felix came to TASIS, he was seen as a troubled child the first day. He wouldn't talk to anyone, and when someone came to talk to him, he would bite them out of sheer fear.
