Founded in 1967 by Baldemar Velasquez in Northwest Ohio, FLOC has waged campaigns against both Growers and Agribusiness , engineering the first tri-party Labor Contracts between workers, growers, and Food processors. In September of 2004 FLOC made labor history in North Carolina, unionizing most of the states H2A " Guestworkers " who Harvest a diverse range of crops in the state. EXTERNAL LINKS |
