Norway and a former municipality. Fana is the largest of the borough of the city Bergen in area and it has also the largest growing population with around 35000 inhabitans. Most major industries in Fana are located in
Nesttun ; therefore Nesttun was the municpality centre of Fana until it was incorporated into Bergen in 1972.
Many notable sports teams come from the Fana area, such as

Fana . Fana is also known as the location of
