Faith Community Baptist Church used to hold its church services at two branches that are located in two different residential neighbourhoods in Singapore, but has since held its church services at the Max Pavilion Hall 10 at end-2005. The church has Baptist roots as its founder was trained in Dallas Theological Seminary, a Baptist Bible School. However, after an experiece with the Holy Spirit, Apostle Khong has added what is called, "Charismatic" beliefs to his teachings to the congregation. FCBC was originally founded as a cell church, but now embraces the G12 Vision which was revealed to Pastor César Castellanos Dominguez , the founder of MCI in Columbia. Apostle Khong is also one of Pastor César's International Twelve (disciples). Their adoption of the title "Apostle", which is commonly used among the Charismatic Churches , is controversial. This title was ordained to Ps Khong by Dr Peter Wagner of the International Coalition of Apostles (See Apostle ) FCBC currently has approximately 15000 members and its weekly services commonly exceed 11000 worshippers. It offers ministries in English, Mandrin, Hokkien and Tagalog, along with special ministries for the blind, deaf, or otherwise physically disabled.
