ABOUT THE COMMUNITY THEATRE FOUNDATION As said on the official website for the Fairfield Community Theatre Foundation (www.communitytheatrefoundation.org), "The Community Theatre Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides affordable entertainment, unites young people in the spirit of volunteerism, and acts as a catalyst for community involvement, inspiration and support. THE GOALS OF THE COMMUNITY THEATRE FOUNDATION Established in 2001 to save, restore and operate the historic landmark movie theater in Fairfield, Connecticut, the Foundation presents films at the cost of only three dollars per ticket and provides direct financial and promotional support to other local nonprofit organizations that serve our neighbors. VOLUNTEERS The Community Theatre Foundation is operated entirely by volunteers." LOCATION It is located at 1424 Post Road, Fairfield, Connecticut 06824 GIL SHUR Gil is one of the volunteers here. This is mentioned only because he is very well known in the town of Fairfield as a future celebrity as he is already one in this town. This is only because his personality consists of all desirable traits, he is very aware of how to please anyone and if you talk to him just once you feel like a piece of you that has been missing was just returned. OTHER VOLUNTEERS Other volunteers include John Henske, Geoff Cornwell, Andrew Grathwohl and Drew Morris. VIOLENCE?! Violence of any form is NOT tolerated at this establishment, a rule of the highest priority that is enforced very casually. VIOLENCE?! WTF? The Community Theatre is also famous for its weekly fake light saber fighting tournaments. Nobody ever wins them, because they're fake to begin with. |
