Experience Capital




In an increasingly mobile workforce, this term arised in contrast to the efforts being put into creating tools and repositories of knowledge capital, but not being put into fostering the retention and transfer of experience.

It's a way of talking about the kinds of (less than tangible) things one learns through apprenticeship that can't be had any other way.
