The group was established in 1999 and is focus on the creation and exploitation of major children's Character s and Brand s. These include Postman Pat , Rupert Bear , He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe , Basil Brush and Little Red Tractor .The comany has selected rights to Barbie , and Transformers . Tell-Tale Productions is wholly owned subsidiary of Entertainment Rights, which produces The Tweenies , Fun Song Factory , BB3B and Boo! . Other shows that were associated with Entertainment Rights included The Original Adventures Of Felix The Cat , Katie And Orbie , Dennis The Menace , Cubeez , Transylvania Pet Shop and the Filmation library.
