The Employment and Training Administration is currently headed by Assistant Secretary Emily Stover DeRocco. Since taking office on August 3, 2001, she has instituted a "Demand-Driven" policy vision designed to ensure that services provided meet the workforce needs of America's businesses, including training workers for skills most in need by employers.
