The Dodge Kahuna was a Concept Car created by the DaimlerChrysler brand, Dodge . It was supposed to be a minivan targeted towards the Surfer crowd. The Dodge Kahuna was first introduced at the 2003 Detroit Auto Show with the Dodge Avenger Concept .


THEME

The Dodge Kahuna's Pacific Blue exterior was mainly based for an Athletic type of culture, mainly intended for a surfer. The Dodge Kahuna also featured the "Stow and Go" feature that all of DaimlerChrysler 's current minivans feature. The Dodge Kahuna also featured three rows of flexible seats.


ENGINE

The Dodge Kahuna was powered by a Turbocharged 2.4 L engine (rated at 215 hp) coupled to a 4-speed Automatic Transmission . Most of the components in the Dodge Kahuna were mainly based from DaimlerChrysler minivans.
