INCIDENTS McGhee was arrested when Smuggling 40,000 lbs of Marijuana into North Carolina from Colombia in 1982 . He has previously been busted for smuggling of Cocaine into Louisiana . After pleading guilty, McGhee received a five-year suspended prison sentence, a fine of $15,000, and was ordered to set up an anti-drugs foundation, which he named the Make A Difference Foundation .
