The Delaware River Port Authority or '''DRPA''' is a bi-state government agency of the State Of New Jersey and the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania . BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS The Delaware River Port Authority is governed by 16 commissioners who serve without compensation, though worldwide travel expenses are paid for by the DRPA. 8 commissioners each represent New Jersey and Pennsylvania. All 8 New Jersey commissioners are appointed by the Governor of New Jersey, and 6 Pennsylvania commissioners are appointed by the Governor of Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Treasurer and Auditor General serve as '' Ex Officio '' commissioners.
