The M.V. ''Delaware'' is one of five Ferryboat s on the Cape May/Lewes Ferry System . It and the M.V. ''New Jersey'' , are the two oldest Vessels in the System , when the Cape May-Lewes Ferry debuted in 1964 . It originally was built in 1941 for the Virginia Ferry Corporation as the S.S.
